Please read these terms before participating. Entry into the campaign constitutes acceptance of these rules.

Eligibility
Participation is open to legal residents of India aged 18 years or older.
Participants under 18 years of age may enter only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Employees, contractors, agencies, distributors, retailers, manufacturing partners, affiliates of ClearSupps, Iron Asylum, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Product Requirement
Entries must feature an original and genuine ClearSupps product.
ClearSupps reserves the right to request proof of purchase, batch details, product packaging, or any additional information to verify authenticity.
Use of counterfeit, altered, or fake products will result in immediate disqualification.

Content Requirements
Your submission must:
- Be original.
- Be created by you.
- Feature a genuine ClearSupps product.
- Comply with Instagram's Community Guidelines.
- Comply with applicable Indian laws.
- Be respectful and appropriate for public viewing.
Entries must not contain:
- Hate speech
- Violence
- Illegal activities
- Dangerous stunts
- Offensive language
- Nudity or sexual content
- Harassment
- Copyright infringement
- Misleading supplement claims
- False medical claims
- Defamatory content
- Content promoting steroids or illegal substances

Posting Requirements
To qualify:
- Your Instagram account must remain public until winners are announced.
- The original post must remain live for at least 90 days after submission.
- The required tags and hashtags must remain visible.
- The content must not be deleted, archived, or substantially modified before winner selection.

Multiple Entries
Participants may submit multiple entries each month.
Each submission must contain unique and original content.
Duplicate, recycled, copied, AI-generated impersonation content, or near-identical entries may be disqualified.

Artificial Engagement
The following are strictly prohibited:

- Engagement pods
- Fake engagement
- Automated bots
- Artificial reach manipulation
ClearSupps reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity. Any attempt to manipulate results may result in permanent disqualification.

Winner Selection
Winners are selected by the ClearSupps judging panel. Selection is based on overall quality and brand fit.
Winning is not determined solely by likes, views, shares, comments, followers, or reach.
The judging panel's decision is final and binding. No correspondence regarding the decision will be entertained.

Rights to Content
By participating, you grant ClearSupps and its affiliated companies a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to repost, publish, edit, crop, resize, translate, adapt, promote, advertise, and use your submitted content across digital, print, retail, events, advertising, websites, packaging, social media, and other marketing materials without additional compensation beyond the prizes offered under this campaign.
Where practical, ClearSupps will credit the original creator.

Prize Distribution
Cash prizes will be transferred only after successful identity verification.
ClearSupps may request:
- Government-issued ID
- PAN details
- Bank account verification
- Any additional documentation required by law
Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeline may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Taxes, if applicable under Indian law, shall be the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by law.

Disqualification
ClearSupps reserves the right to disqualify any participant for:
- Providing false information
- Fraudulent activity
- Copyright infringement
- Impersonation
- Manipulation of engagement
- Violation of campaign rules
- Misuse of the ClearSupps brand
- Any conduct deemed harmful to the company or community

Modification or Cancellation
ClearSupps reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate this campaign, change prizes, update rules, or revise judging criteria at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary due to operational, legal, regulatory, or unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability
ClearSupps shall not be liable for technical failures, internet interruptions, delayed submissions, platform outages, lost entries, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation or winner selection.
